Restauracja Babooshka ul. Grójecka

I have to be honest and say that I have come to this restaurant 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and unfortunately, the food was not so special. The chicken was blend and I wanted to try some Russian specialties since this is a Russian restaurant but the guy who served me informed me that only a few items from the menu are still available for ordering. To be honest, I think this restaurant had great potential and the food is really good but for me tonight, unfortunately, it wasn't really impressive.

Maybe my photos do not look very tasty but the place and the food really 5 stars for traditional russian-ukrainian cuisine with funny name "Babooshka" which means "Grandma". All the dishes I tried were quite good and it is highly recommended to everybody who likes this kitchen style. They have also places for outside in the warm season. Nice service, really good everything!

I loved the place and the service. Smiling nice ladies served me with great English. There are lots of vegetarian options. Service was fast and without a problem. There is also free and fast Wi-Fi. Password is Babooshka2019. I will definitely come again.

I seldom give 5 stars, but this simple place makes me very happy. The food is really good, the surroundings very appealing, the service attentive and friendly, the prices are quite reasonable, and I always leave feeling content. The fact that it's in a convenient location helps, but I would travel a good distance to get to this place. Good streetcar and bus connections to anywhere in Warsaw. In short, you should give it a try!
